Commission material and basic terms
- Contact me through Instagram or discord (@sindavar) to book a commission!No NSFW commissions, AI related commissions, or NFTS- I will not take commissions for gore, or anything political.- I reserve the right to reject commissions based off material and attitude.- Finished products may be posted or displayed by me after the fact.
Please specify if you would like a commission to remain private!- I retain the rights to my products. Please give proper credit
(please add a link back to my page if possible) when reposting your commission.- You may not resell, or convert your commission to a separate product
(for example, sale of stickers or pins based off your commissioned product) without consulting me first.- You are not entitled to refunds midway through the process.
If, for whatever reason you decide to cancel
during the working period, you will be sent any process work.*- You may cancel for a full refund before the first draft is sent.
However, no process work or drafts will be sent.
**** If a commission was above $30, and therefore paid in two installments, 50% of the second installment will be paid immediately.***
Process
- After the initial payment is received, please send any reference material
(images, information, notes on extra details, etc.) for the product.- Please keep the number of details and references to a maximum of 4.
Additional references may be charged. This is case-by-case.- I will then start a rough draft of the commission, which will be sent back to you.- Please specify any changes you would like at this point,
and they will be implemented into the final draft.- After the final draft is sent back, this is the last time to request any changes.
MAJOR EDITS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED BY THIS POINT!- I will finalize the product, then send it back to you.- Any edits after this point will be charged.
Payment
- I accept payment through Interac e-transfer, or PayPal.- All listed prices are in USD- For commissions lower than 30$, I will take the full payment upfront.- Commissions higher than 30$ will be payed in two instalments,
half upfront, and half after the product is finished.*- If the initial invoice remains unpaid, work on the commission will not start.- If the initial invoice remains unpaid for 2 weeks,
I will assume the commission is void and cancel the invoice.
* This does not apply to animations. Due to the nature of animations, they are invoiced AFTER the
final product (a base sprite will be sent and charged for first), and are to be paid in full.
Timeline
- As a fulltime student, I can't guarantee commissions
will be finished in a set amount of time, although I will attempt this.- I will let you know the estimated wait time for your commission before you pay. (Usually two weeks).- Delays may occur, please be understanding and patient if they do.- If you need a commission by a certain date, please let me know BEFORE PAYING.
Deadlines I am notified about after the fact may not be possible to fulfill.- If for whatever reason a deadline cannot be met, you are not entitled to a refund.
